I swear to god, I have the willpower of a stoat.

Couple that with the organizational drive of an academic, and you have a three page list of cross-referenced BPAL items (including notes on the inspiration for each scent and its likely scent, as well as tabulated user-reviews) winnowed down to a six-imp sample order.

(Hecate, Lilith, Sophia, Persephone, Lampades, and Wicked, for the curious.)

So in a month and a half or so, I'll be smelling like a ... well, not a rose (at least not primarily), but at least not like a stoat.

That is pretty much EXACTLY the system that I am operating on. Morgause? Is an interesting concept for a perfume. "Purple fruits", however, does not, as a description, inspire great confidence in me. I mean, what are we talking there ... plums? Grapes? Certain varieties of olive? Conversely, I love the idea of a perfume that smells like a pomegranate martini ... but the word "Swank" makes me think of Senor Swanky's, and that just ain't right. Sigh ...

... I guess we'll just have to see how the first batch turns out ...
