Any thoughts on why the hell a driver on the freeway would hit their brakes for no discernible reason approximately ever 10 seconds, when the person in front of them did not appear to be slowing down?  I was a good three car lengths away, so they weren't warning me off tail-gating, so ... tapping their feet to the beat?  Attempting to communicate with me in Morse code?  Experiencing an uncontrollable twitch?

We're talking, like, twenty minutes of this, for the purposes of full disclosure.
