(no subject)

Some days, I just give up on being a grown up.

Some days, I think about making a normal lunch, and just have chips for lunch.  And then dinner, too.

Some days, I wear jeans all day, even though I own nicer clothes.  Sometimes, two days in a row.

Some days, I consider appropriate baby gifts, then revert to type, and make a ring with the baby's birthstone.

Some days, I do all three at once.

What are some of your reversions?

Some days, I think about getting up the first time my alarm goes off, and then I hit "snooze".

I actually have staggered alarms set five minutes apart for *beofore* I hit snooze.

Also? Sometimes, I completely forget to finish my unsent drafts of e-mails until just before I have to go to the dentist! Argh - sorry 'bout that.

I have an alarm I'm not supposed to even consciously hear; it's quiet and subtle but starts my brain waking up a little. Then there's the slow quiet music, and then the fast loud music.

No worries about the email; get to it when you can. *)

My reversions include not thinking jeans are a reversion...

Yeah, that one kind of surprised me, too ... but all of a sudden, jeans make me feel like I'm dressing too young for my age, somehow. Maybe it's all the students ....
