Happy dance!  Happy dance!  I've received a course release for my Spring term to develop a class focusing on children's fantasy.  Best early birthday present ever.**

* If you like a little imagery with your header, picture the feline version of me lolling on a stack of papers with a brandy close by.

** I'm hitting the big two-nine on Thursday.  Which, coincidentally, is the day of the big lunar eclipse ... astrology peeps, any idea what this portends?

What email do you use for personal stuff these days? I'll be down your way in very early April for a conference and we should catch up. It'll be a conference, so it won't be superfree or fun, but I think there'll be some time, depending on your schedule..

The gmail is probably the most reliable, followed by the AOL ... the university server is having some, uh, issues, with outside e-mail, so basically ANYthing but that.

And, excellent - when in April? Thanks to the handy-dandy course release, I won't be nearly as insane as I'd feared, and hanging out sounds awesome. Dunno where your conference is, but if it's in the LAish area, my study is yours ....
