d_aulnoyHalloween has always been my favorite holiday: the falling of the leaves, the ripening of the pomegranate and all that it foretells, the woodsmoke and the candy and the chance to masquerade as who you would be, and what you will be ....
Well, this year, it's sunny and bright, and the new job obviates the possibility of mischief, but nevertheless, the year turns ... and right now, I can't think of anyone or anything that I'd rather be.
