As I went to visit my dermatologist today, I saw a sign in a diner window.  With absolutely no irony, it read:

BLOOMBERG:  LEADERSHIP FOR THE UPPER EAST SIDE

Truer words have never been spoken, but I find myself wondering what the hell that means for those of us who do not belong to the velvet headband crowd ...
