d_aulnoyHey, question: how can you tell if fish has gone bad? I ordered sushi from my usually reliable local place, and at first I thought that maybe they'd just changed the recipe (because the spicy salmon roll had a very strong nutty aftertaste). But after a few pieces ... Well, let's just say that it grew more unpleasant. So,
A) How can I tell whether they just changed the recipe in some unpalatable fashion or if it's actually poisonous,

B) If it has ... turned ... exactly what happens when one eats bad fish?
