... in some weird way, it really captures the *spirit* of the journal (and, besides, clicking and reclisking while trying to get grammatically correct ones is fun).

So. Aside from that ... despite the bizarre lack of focus in this entry, it was a really productive day: I'm feeling happy with myself. E-mailed JFA people with deadlines, e-mailed JofMA with revisions for essay one (two to come tonight if I keep feeling productive), working on reviews, and generally thinking that life, single, is kinda goooooood.

Does that mean that I won't respond to the nice man from Friendster who e-mailed me? Well ... no. I'm smug, not stupid.

(Side note: heard "Low Self Esteem" on the radio yesterday and HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IT OUT OF MY HEAD! It's worse than that damn "Sinister Ducks" song ...)
